I believe we cannot take them by the Bil1---in the first stage of the Bill at least; I am not lawyer enough to know whether it may be done afterwards. Suppose you cannot take that, where do you mean to have the depot? All along the side of the East gardens; by the side of the Leith and Newhaven depot. That would be here somewhere?
