Handling of future complaints on misuse of the private dining facilities - fifth report of session 2006-07, report and appendix, together with formal minutes (Paperback)

This report follows-on from the complaint against Mr Julian Brazier, who had booked a fund raising function before the publication of a report (HC 431 2006-07), which clarified the rules for holding events in the Parliamentary Dining Rooms. The clearer interpretation of the regulations will thus be applied to complaints about events booked after 18 June 2007. In addition the Committee propose a limited arrangement whereby Members can cancel existing bookings, without incurring a financial penalty.
