A letter to the Justices of Assises in the countie of Dorset that wheras their Lordships were given to understande that there was some unkindnes and controversie betwene the Lord Vicount Howarde of Bindon and Henrie Howarde, his soime, which their Lordships were verie desirous to have compounded in frendlie sorte, and the said Henrie had requested their Lordships' letters that the same might be done by them, they are required at the next Assises to call them before them and to ende the matter if they can, or els to advertise their opinion and in whome the default is. A letter to the Sheriffe and Justices of Peace in the countye of Sussex to suffer Christofer Heynes, Purveyor of the seafishe, to transporte vc quarters of wheate. A letter to Mr. Bashe for a seconde revictualling of her Majesties shippes to be sent from Bristowe to Corke or Waterforde in the Realmc of Irelande, according to the minute remaining in the Chest. xxvj Augusti, 1579. p. 606. Present: --Lord Chauncelor. Mr. Threasurer. Lord Threasurer. Mr. Comptroller. Lord Chamberlaine. Mr. Vicechamberlaine. Erle of Leycester. Mr. Secretary Wylson. Lord Hunsdon. A letter unto th'erle of Bedforde in aunswer of his and Instructions to Lord Bedford, signyfymge certaine other thmges which their Lordships thincke meete to be done in those counties of Devon and Cornewall, according to a minute remaininge in the Counsell Chest. A letter to the said Erle that wheras their Lordships Pirates in the are enformed that sondrie pirates are within the river of evern. Severne, his Lordship would geve order that if they shall arrive uppon the coast of Devonshire and Cornewall they maie be apprehended, &c., according to a minute remaining in the Chest..
