After the historically verified resurrection of Jesus Christ took place in the first century, many opponents to Christianity have called this event a myth. Today, the same Christian leaders and even bible believing Christians who defend the resurrection of Christ as authentic, are the same that have developed their own destructive myth that has kept sincere people from having the deep relationship with God that he paid a heavy price for two thousand years ago.
