This basic course offers a systematic introduction to criminal law. This concerns the problems of singular offences pertaining to the special section of the German criminal code. The protective scope of the individual legal interests and the various forms of attack constitute the main emphasis in this regard. The basic course has once again been thoroughly revised and updated in the new edition; adjudication and literature have also been brought up to date.
