Love Wanted - A Pair of Christian Western Romance Novellas (Paperback)

These two Christian romance novellas are over 24,000 words in total. Stop The Wagon Train: Winter Is Approaching is a love-filled story of the tragedies and triumphs that a small group of people encounter as they travel west in a wagon train. They are delayed by several incidents and find that the best approach to surviving the winter is to stop right where they are. What happens after that is a triumph of the human spirit over adversity, and there's plenty of love to go around as two more families are formed. Escaping With Slaves, Then Finding Love is the story of Silas, the plantation owner's son, who runs from his family's plantation while taking a group of slaves with him to freedom. He hopes to get on board a wagon train but there are plenty of pitfalls ahead of the group. Tracking down four of the recaptured men, he sees them tied up in the center of town, the sheriff in front of them and arguing with one tiny woman. It's at that moment that Silas realizes that God has some other plan in store for him, and although he's afraid for both the four men tied up in town, he's also afraid for their families which remain hidden outside of it. Something compels him to join in the woman's defense, not knowing if it will destroy any chance they have of escaping safely, especially after Silas has already seen a wanted poster up on a store wall, and knowing that his father is trying to hunt him down.
