In the book an old tree on a hill is inspired by music to start growing musical instruments. The land owner wonders why this would be and tries initially to profit from this harvest. When the storm breaks out the tree’s powerful music leads everyone up to safety on the hill. The tree basks in the glory afterwards, but not for long….
