A selection of short stories about the adventures of Henrietta a Rhode Island Red Hen the matriarch of the Village Farm Hen house. We follow her and her sisters who are watched over by Big Red the Rooster as they bring up their chicks and shield them from dangers ever lurking behind every hedgerow or in the sky.
