Told with simplicity, the story of I Apologize is about John Keen,
a subject of a country whose blood flows with the cancer of chronic
corruption, political assassinations, mass murders, anarchy and
civil war. Corruption is nurtured into a culture which permeates
all areas of life. The treatment of this cancer is to install the
rule of law and replace the corrupt government. This process must
start by individuals and leaders apologizing for the role they
played in the nurturing of this corruption. The criminals must be
brought to the justice of the law, no matter how long it takes.
