Purchased a Hoover Power Pet 5 in March last year after being "upsold" it last year. Been used sparingly on only 2 rooms and filters cleaned regularly etc. Machine now makes strange noises and burning smell. Something you wouldnt expect from a R2000 machine. Avoid buying this product if you want a hassle free appliance.
