The small shap5 Ql white, placed to indicate a collar, are important in giving snap or Where thls effect is needed. It is well to know just where to put these smart little touches Light gray-blue and dark blue were the colors selected for the third costume. Red hair ribbons and an outline or piping of red on the collar, served to brighten the effect The white Vest gives a Somewhat dressy touch to the little garment, as white net 01' fine white lawn would do in a real costume. A school dress, a street costume, and fl frock for special occasions are thus shown in the three designs.-Any doll would be happy to own such a beautiful and suitable outfit . Ffects secured. The Doll s Bedroom: Wooden furniture is often finished in natural tones. and many of our common woods, such as pine, chestnut, oak and maple, Show yellow and orange. In the picture on page 71 the furniture is finished in a shade of iieuow . A gfay-yellow rug is on the floor, and its violet border is in harmony with the hght violet stripes in the wall...
