TRANSAS-3 Appraisal from the United Kingdom of the Safety of the Transport of Radioactive Material (Paperback, Illustrated Ed)

This report summarizes the findings of an appraisal carried out by 14 independent experts from 9 to 21 June 2002 on all transport activities involving radioactive material in the United Kingdom, both domestic and international, for all modes of transport, with special emphasis on maritime transport. This appraisal was based on the requirements for international transport safety, including the Regulations for the Safe Transport of Nuclear Material, Safety Standards Series No. TS-R-I (ST-1, Revised). 2001.
