The title is self-explanatory... this is a book all about brunch. The recipes are amazing... I make the omelets on a regular basis for supper and my non-vegan husband happily eats them stuffed with asparagus, mushrooms or Mexican style with beans and salsa.
Isa covers everything you need to know for a great brunch party - from breads to pancakes to waffles to quiche and more. All fantastic recipes that work - and all taste yummy.
I have also purchased this book for my vegan (Iron Man triathlete) step daughter as she is always looking for interesting and easy to make recipes.
Buy this book! Full of non-processed recipes (not full of ingredients you can't buy in South Africa) that are healthy and tasty. Plant based eating at its best.
