James Little Elk - Meeting His Family (Paperback)

James Little Elk, a Native American child, introduces his family to the reader and invites the reader to experience some of their cultural traditions. James Little Elk is an enduring character that eagerly seeks out his place in the family; learning the traditions of his people from his parents and seeking approval from his Great Grandfather, a tribal leader.
