Too long, too thin? The authors have taken pieces from other methods like NLP value elicitation and changed terms to deliver a 'unique' process that could have been covered in much less pages. The book will be of value for those with no exposure to self-improvement and will deliver the same results as similar methods. The personal accounts in the book may be of use to 'newcomers' in this regard.
