Poetry of a Dark Mind (Paperback)

This book of poetry is about my difficulties with bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. This book is the result of my attempt to vent my feelings, fears, and frustrations, while dealing with these diseases. I decided to do something positive with my experiences and give insight into how these diseases can ravage oneas mind and oneas life. My hope is that this book will inspire people to not allow their own personal obstacles to get in the way of their dreams; I have not let them get in the way of mine.
