The title of this book came to me from an experience in the grocery store one day. Unexpectedly I had bumped carts with another on one of those days when I wasnat really in the mood for controversy. At that moment so many emotions ambushed my critical thinking to the point where I had to release unexpected thoughts and feelings. At that moment I knew that I wanted to use my words as instruments to counsel those that may have witnessed the emotions spread upon these pages. Variety Pack to me confesses to everything that everyone wonat. Itas a variety of poetry written today hoping to affect tomorrowas outcome. This book is based upon thoughts and feelings that too many of us keep tucked beneath our hearts, hoping one day that someone will discover our remains. By reading this book I truly believe that everyone will see that itas not the world thatas against us; itas ourselves.
