In this delightfully written tale, which is completely set to rhyme, a young boy enters into a dream on a hot and hazy summer afternoon. He finds himself at an aquatic entertainment show where numerous porpoises are performing. Suddenly, he spots a porpoise who is seated in a chair, smartly attired in top-hat and tie. The boy is astonished as this particular porpoise is not only a different color than the other porpoises, but he's able to speak as well!
