Puffy the Cloud That Couldn't Rain (Electronic book text)

Puffy is a cloud too small to rain. It cannot have fun storming with its cousins Anvil and Nimbus, who enjoy seeing themselves appear on the television weather report radar screen. A sad Puffy seeks counsel from a wise old cloud, Cirrus, who explains to Puffy the fun of using a cloud's "silver lining" power to do good things for people below. Puffy becomes the happiest cloud in the sky by taking Cirrus's advice and providing refreshing shad and cool breezes, and entertaining people by turning into different cloud shapes. For helping people below, Puffy is awarded the "silver lining" award by Cirrus.
