It runs as follows: --" M4 that I Thomas Gargrave, Knight, am content to sell & give all 3 landes remaning in my handes at Eglesfeld to y pochioners of Eglesfeld which extend to y value of iiij" or therabowts, to y vse of the pishe, vidz. to theutent the profetts therof shall yerly be bestowed by y discretion of xiiij feoffes to be therin placed, to y mayntenance of divine s'vice in y...
