July 27, 1972 in Spain) is a film director, producer and owner of a film and music label. Luc a Palacios studied Cinema Studies at Complutense University in Madrid. In 1995 she obtained her master's degree. Between 1996-2003 she lived and worked in New York. It was in New York where she worked as a TV News Reporter and also completed her first film work. In 1997 she founded with her partner Dietmar Post the production company Play Loud Productions, which since 2006 also functions as a film and music label. Since 2007 Palacios runs her own Spanish film production company Luc a Palacios P.C.
