It is the intention of this study to use the word of God, basic education about addiction and practical exercises (tasks) to help you live as God created you to live. Even if you are not certain you are ready for change, we believe these daily readings and tasks, with the help of Jesus Christ, will bring you to a place of joy and purpose. We invite you to join this journey which proclaims that you are willing to put your best effort into each daily reading and assignments. If you relapse into the negative behavior you are trying to overcome, we recommend you begin again. This study can be used over and over for each negative behavior you are trying to overcome. This is important because many times one addiction can be substituted for another. It is our hope that you live free of "every weight, and the sin which does so easily ensnare us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us" Hebrews 12:1 and that you live as God created you to live.
