That the said bond shall be filed in the office of the Bond u i- sua_ aforesaid tribunal, and may be sued on by any person or persons Wgyto P-aggrieved or injured either in person or property, or unnecessarily detained by said ferry; and a copy of the said bond, under the seal of the said tribunal, properly attested, shall be sufficient evidence of the contents of said bond in any trial which may be had for damages. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas; Aiiadditioupan Section 1. All additions to the city of Atchison, which have of city--when. ' heretofore been laid off and plats thereof filed, as required by law, twelve months preceding the passage of this act, are hereby declared to be a part of said city, and all additions which have been or may hereafter be made, shall become and be a part of said city after the plat thereof shall have been filed, as required by law, twelve months, and shall be liable for taxes as other city property, after the commencement of the first fiscal year of said city thereafter.
