CCLV....? -AN ACT-Concerning the Montgomery Academy. i Approved, January 36, 1811. g j TOE enacted by the General Assembly, of the commonwealth of Kentucky, That May dispose tne trustees of the Montgomery Academy, are hereof a certain by authorised and empowered, to sell and convey to proportion of the purchaser, any number of acres of land not exceeiheir lands fang four hundred, out of the donation of the state to the Montgomery academy, in addition to what how proceeds they are now allowed by law to dispose of; and ap-ppii-d ply the proceeds, or so much thereof, to the use and benefit of Justinian Cartwright, for his services, aa will be sufficient to pay the necessary expences irj perpetuating testimony, and establishing the said donation to the Montgomery Academy. AN ACT Supplementary to an act authorising' a Lottery for ini prows, the navigation of the Kentucky River, Approved, Jan. 26, 18ll. BE it enacted by the general assembly of the Commonioea'th of Kentucky, That the managers, or Time and a majority of them, appointed by an act of the present P, ace f the session of the general assembly, authorising a lottery meetinff for improving the navigation ot the Kentucky lver, gCrs to carry into effect the said lottery, shall hold their first meeting in Lexington, on the second Monday in April next, at the Kentucky Hotel; and shall then make provision for their future meetings, and any farther regulations necessary to carry the said reci. ted act into complete effect.
