CCLV....? -AN ACT-Concerning the Montgomery Academy. i Approved, January 36, 1811. g j TOE enacted by the General Assembly, of the commonwealth of Kentucky, That May dispose tne trustees of the Montgomery Academy, are hereof a certain by authorised and empowered, to sell and convey to proportion of the purchaser, any number of acres of land not exceeiheir lands fang four hundred, out of the donation of the state to the Montgomery academy, in addition to what how proceeds they are now allowed by law to dispose of; and ap-ppii-d ply the proceeds, or so much thereof, to the use and benefit of Justinian Cartwright, for his services, aa will be sufficient to pay the necessary expences irj perpetuating testimony, and establishing the said donation to the Montgomery Academy.
