American Interior (DVD)

Dylan Goch directs this documentary following Welsh musician Gruff Rhys of the Super Furry Animals as he follows in the footsteps of a distant relative. His ancestor, John Evans, left Wales in 1792 and set out for America on a seven-year adventure to search for the lost tribe of Welsh-speaking Native Americans in the Allegheny Mountains. As he retraces Evans' journey, Gruff also tours through the Midwest, playing alongside The Flaming Lips drummer Kliph Scurlock, and records a new album.
