Rock to be the second-in-command and is responsible for recruiting members. It was revealed that she is the daughter of Amanda Waller but had been given up for adoption. She works behind the scenes with a young, blonde man code-named Modem. They are assisted by Bulldozer, Rock's wheelchair-using friend.
