Namiq Yusifov (Paperback)

Namiq Asif o lu Yusifov (born August 14, 1986) is an Azerbaijani football midfielder playing for FK Karabakh in the Azerbaijan Premier League. Before coming to Karabakh, he played in Shafa Baku, FK MKT Araz Imisli, and returned to FK Karabakh again at the beginning of season 2008/09. The Azerbaijan Premier League (Azerbaijani: Az rbaycan Premyer Liqas ), currently named Unibank Premyer Liqas after its main sponsor, is the top tier in Azerbaijani club football. The Azerbaijan Premier League was organized in 2007 and succeeded the Top Division (Azerbaijani: Yuks k Liqa), the difference being that the Top Division was run by the Professional Football League of Azerbaijan, and the creation of the Premier League gave the clubs a greater degree of independence. The Top Division had existed from 1992 to 2007.
