Old Dominion Monarchs Basketball (Paperback)

The Old Dominion Monarchs basketball team represents Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia in NCAA Division I men's competition. (The women's team, which has traditionally had a considerably higher national profile, is known as the Lady Monarchs.) The school's team currently competes in the Colonial Athletic Association. The team last played in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament in 2010. The Monarchs are currently coached by Blaine Taylor. The Monarchs have appeared in ten NCAA Tournaments. Their combined record is 3-10. The Monarchs appeared in three NCAA Division II Final Fours (1971, 1975 and 1976), winning the Division II championship in 1975 under coach Sonny Allen.
