Ramita Navai is a Britain-based freelance journalist who makes regular contributions to a number of European media outlets, including The Independent, The Irish Times, The Sunday Herald and Britain's Channel 4. She is a graduate of the City University, London. She was the recipient of the Broadcast Journalism Training Council's 2003 Young Broadcast Journalist of the Year award.
