A back row forward, Jenkins made his debut for Newport Gwent Dragons against the Ospreys 7th May 2010 as a second half replacement. He is a Wales Under 18 and Under 20 international. Jenkins joined Newport RFC from Ebbw Vale RFC at the start of the 2010-11 season. Newport Rugby Football Club is a Welsh rugby union club based in the city of Newport, South Wales. They presently play in the Welsh Premier Division. Newport RFC are based at Rodney Parade situated on the east bank of the River Usk. Due to the regionalisation of Welsh rugby in 2003 Newport RFC is now a feeder club to the Newport Gwent Dragons regional team.
