Robert Manuel Clivilles (born July 30, 1964) is a record producer most noted for his work with C+C Music Factory, a group he founded with musical partner David Cole. He is of Puerto Rican ancestry. Clivilles and Cole also produced various hits for other artists such as Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam, Deborah Cooper, and many others. Mariah Carey worked extensively with Clivilles + Cole, who hired the duo to produce songs for her albums and remix her singles. Clivilles + Cole produced and co-wrote the album versions and remixes of her hit singles "Emotions" and "Make It Happen." Additionally, they produced the album tracks "You're So Cold" and "To be around You" (which all are from the album Emotions).
