The Robertson Islands or Robertsons Islands are a group of islands extending 4 miles southward of the southeastern extremity of Coronation Island in the South Orkney Islands. The Robertson Islands are located at 60 46 S 45 09 W / 60.767 S 45.15 W / -60.767; -45.15. The Robertson Islands were discovered and roughly charted by Captain George Powell and Captain Nathaniel Palmer in December 1821. The Robertson Islands were named by James Weddell in 1823.
