Walter Greatorex (March 30, 1877 - December 29, 1949) was an English composer and musician, probably best remembered for his setting of the Gloria Patri and for his hymn tune Woodlands. The latter was used for the setting of Henry Montagu Butler's hymn Lift Up Your Hearts!, Timothy Dudley-Smith's Tell Out, my Soul, and, more recently, Nigel Weaver's The Risen Christ.
