Lucy Walker directs this documentary looking at the world's escalating nuclear arms race. The film traces the history of the nuclear bomb, looks at the development of international policy and examines the effects of nuclear proliferation, as well as giving an inside view of the disarmament movement and the activists who risk life and limb to protest against nuclear arms.
