Good steel construction. Needs a seasoning before use and wipe with oil after use. Makes 1 LARGE loaf using a 1kg flour mix and produces a 1.5kg loaf. The trays are perfect for side and top placement of coals. Even baking. Can place tray on open fire or, like my husband, the Weber. Takes about 40-45 minutes baking time. We were so happy with our mini loaf purchase and just as happy with this large edition. Loot service fantastic as always. Thank you
