A two-volume reference work covering the whole of the shipping industry. Volume one contains a list of more than 12,000 shipowners and their vessels (over 56,000 commercial vessels, excluding fishing). Volume two is a list of key companies in shipping's satellite and support industries. Volume one also includes The Year in Shipping - an overview of major events which have happened in the year 2000 and have featured in Lloyd's List. The book has been updated to include a maritime training section.
