Having bought this wonderful entertainment centre I had to return it twice due to issues experienced with the CD shuttle. After the third time of experiencing CD shuttle issues again, I returned the item and asked for a refund. Although a great concept the product is substandard, which is a pity. I love the look and the all inclusive options, but really disappointed by the poor standard of the CD shuttle in particular.
