- Ensure heart-shapped button is pressed for 3-4 seconds to activate/deactivate sounds. Sound, at first, might not be audible if environment is loud, as the doll starts by playing at the lowest volume. Small button on the side is volume control. Click once for medium volume and twice for high volume.
