The year is Y.E. 0417, yet there are still a few people out there who act like senseless A.D. barbarians. Mira Montague has been humiliated for the last time! Mira's petty problems are nothing compared to the sudden pressure put on her cousin at the observatory. The empire wants to find the Venetians' base of operations, so much so, that they send a member of the sinister Lafayette Guard to expedite the process.
