Benjamin ober Constable of the Town of Manchester Greeting--These are in his Majesties Name to will and require you forthwith to notifie and warn all The Freeholders and other Inhabitants of the Town of Manchester that have any Estate of Freehold in Lands 92 within This province or Territorys of Forty Shillings pr. annum at the least or other Estate to the Value of Fifty pounds Sterling to assemble at our meeting-House our usual place of Town Meeting on Monday the Fifteenth Day of March Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and sixty two at Eight o'Clock in ye morning Then and There to Elect and Depute Select Men: Overseers of the poor: Town Clerk, Constable and other Town officers as the Law directs. And to agree upon Granting such sum or sums of money as shall or may be adjudged needfull for the Belief of ye poor and defraying all other necessary Charges arising within the said Town.
