(4) $3.540 on account of Town School Fund, being the balance of old school funds distributed by the State, on which the town paid interest until 1897, when it' voted to borrow the fund for a term of 50 years, but no note was given. (5) $5,000 Billings Library Trust Fund received by the town in 1903, which the town voted to borrow each year in anticipation of taxes; as no notes have been given, it has been considered a trust fund used. (There was sufficient cash in the treasury to restore the fund on January 31, 1911.) (6) $500 Smith Library Trust Fund received in 1890. (This fund was restored in 1911.)
