Mecanoo is a Dutch architectural studio founded in 1984. The group is renowned for their professional attention to detail from project inception to completion, in particular regarding sustainable design and the study of materials and patterns. The studio's portfolio includes many residential buildings, university structures, offices, museums, and public buildings all over the world, including libraries in Delft and Birmingham, the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hilton, the Maritime & Beachcombers Museum, and the Courthouse in Cordoba.
