Product started off great. Warranty of battery is 12 months. Your battery will fail within 1 year. Younwill return product and they will replace battery again with a 6 month warranty. You are guaranteed to have it fail just after the warranty and a new battery will cost u 3k.

Awesome buy,no problems works like a dream.I have had it for about 6 months now and still going strong.4 hour load shedding no problem.We run our Fibre router,TV,3 monitors 2 Xbox's 3 lamps,fish tank pump and a side by side fridge.Very Happy with my purchase.

I've been using this device for 6 months now without issues. During load shedding, I run my fiber (router and ONT), TV, PlayStation, amplifier, a lamp, 2 laptops and an LCD screen. We also charge phones and other portable lights. I tested all the devices above for 6 hours and it does not fully discharge the battery. I am extremely happy so far.

This is the biggest load of junk I've ever bought. When the power goes off, everything first loses power, THEN the unit kicks in, but my monitor starts flickering as it loses and gains power when running on battery. My PC reboots, because the power was interrupted.

Very happy with my inverter-struggled with the instructions as they do not make sense-otherwise perfect for load shedding Unfortunately the battery only lasted for less than 4 months. Currently the inverter can only sustain one hour of load shedding before the battery is run down.

Love it. Seamless crossover when loadshedding kicks in. Alarm, tv, decoder, internet, light, even the fridge. Looking forward to seeing how long the battery lives for though.

Exactly what I wanted. The perfect unit to keep a small home office running through load shedding. The handles are easy to fit - the wheels make it easy to move around . Now the internet says up regardless of city power and I can run Teams meetings and emails right through power outages . Thank you Loot for a simple easy order & delivery service ..

This product is great. The manual is not so great...have to troubleshoot on internet when I have an issue. If anyone can please advise on the correct settings when charging batteries as mine dit not charge even though I had it plugged in for days.

This is the perfect loadshedding solution for working from home. It keeps my internet and desktop running for the full loadshedding period with no problem which means I never have to worry about missing deadlines. Instruction pamphlet is very hard to read, but the setup is very simple and I didn't have any issues figuring it out. I have no regrets buying this product.

Loadshedding doesn't worry me anymore. I connected TV, soundbar, DStv decoder, ONT and my phone for 2 hours and I still had about 80% of battery still remaining
