Michael Matthews doesn't go for novelty or fads. You'll find solid advice backed up by science, and no weird "bro science" theories. He provides a solid (but tough) workout program, together with sensible eating advice. Get the companion "One Year Challenge" book if you are serious about working out and recording your progress. I have been doing some of these exercises for the past 2 years and my strength has improved far beyond what I expected. Now I am doing the full 5 day program and it is tough going, but I am getting stronger already.
