Alequiers: The History of a Homestead (Electronic book text)

This is the story of a family homestead and it's environs. This particular homestead experienced an unusual history in regards to settlement in the west. Alequiers, as the home was nicknamed, sits on the banks of the Highwood River and will soon be declared an historic resource in the province of Alberta.
