I'm trying to get back to my regular life, managing Peachtree Books while being a fabulous plus-size lingerie model.
Now my ex, Dalton Deangelo, is back in my town, hiding out from his past and a ton of bad publicity. He's a total bad boy, and he can never keep his hands off my peaches, even though I'm always running away.
I just started dating Adrian Storm, who's been my not-so-secret crush ever since high school. Adrian's deeper and more fun than I expected. I can actually see a future with him, when he's not telling me I'm wrong about everything.
Now Dalton has this crazy idea to save his acting career, and he wants my help. He gave me a box. I'm assuming the box holds an engagement ring, but I'm too freaked out to look.
Dalton keeps hinting that he loves me, but he won't say the words. Even if he did, can you ever really trust an actor?
