Plummer?I wish to withdraw my name, thanking the Board of Trustees for the honor, as Treasurer, but I feel entirely unable to cope with the duties. Dr. Campbell?I wish to have my name withdrawn as Recording Secretary, as I cannot do it justice. President?Now, gentlemen, I do not think anybody ought to withdraw. Dr. Plummer knows the work we have had; Dr. Hopkins knows the labor he have had, and a number of the gentlemen from Denver and Salt Lake know the labor we have had to get this Association where it is, and there never has been an association that has started under such favorable auspices as this. The American Medical Association did not start as favorably as this, as grand as it is to-day, and as large as the membership is to-day, and the treasurership is not going to impose any great labor upon Dr. Plummer. He can very well afford to fall back on the secretary and sign a receipt for a few dollars. Motion from the floor that the report be adopted and the Secretary be instructed to cast the ballot.
