And the said Erie Railroad Company and said Public Service Railway Company are ordered to keep specific and complete records of the expenses directly chargeable to the crossings, and each of them, so used by said street railway of said Public Service Railway Company, and leave is hereby given to said companies, or either of them, to make application to the Board for further order in the event that they cannot agree upon the amount of such expenses so directly chargeable to said crossings used by the street railway operated by said Public Service Railway, or any of them. In The Matter Of The Petition Of The Holly Beach, WildWood And North Wildwood Water Company For ApProval Of An Agreement For Transfer Of Its Property, Rights And Franchises To The Wildwood Water Works Company. The petitioner proposes to sell all its property, rights and franchises, except the franchises of being a corporation. Two holders of the petitioner's stock object to approval of the agreement for sale on the ground that the transfer would effect a dissolution of the company, and that the method provided for in the General Corporation Act should be adopted. The objection is sustained, the Board holding that the principle involved comes within the ruling by the Court in Coler vs. Tacoma Railway and Power Company, 65, Eq. 347 (E. & A).
