Hello! Are You Listening? - Disabled Teenagers' Experience of Access to Inclusive Leisure (Large print, Paperback, Large Print edition)

This report considers the leisure opportunities available to young disabled people throughout the UK. With the participation of young disabled people from four different projects (in England and Wales) and professionals, ranging from project coordinators, development workers, and support workers, the report provides a wide definition of leisure and argues that the experience of "inclusive leisure" should move beyond any one place such as a sports centre to be viewed as an integral part of daily experience. It suggests a shift should be made from thinking about activities to focusing on friendships and fun.
