When I ordered this product, I was under the impression that I would be getting both the Sun and Moon packs because that is how you have advertised it. No where in the advert are you making it clear that it will be luck of the draw for either or. Equally frustrating is that, should I decide I have another R275 to waste in another pack of cards, the order might come back as the exact same one as the one I already have - because you don't even give an option to choose the one you are interested in. Considering that this product is for kids, you are really not helping us manage kids expectation. My little boy was so disappointed when he was met by one random pack - which happens to be the one he didn't really care much for.

Due to the fact that there is no way for us to specify which product out of the two we would like, you would presume that if you place an order for two, you would then get one of each. Well that did not happen and instead Loot gave me two of the same product! This really doesn't help with customer experience! The product on the other hand is great and I highly recommend it but the service, not so much...
